AIA Vitality Status Explained
As an AIA Vitality member you earn Points for making healthier life choices.
The more points you earn, the higher the status and benefits you receive.
There are 4 different Status levels; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
The higher your Status, the greater the rewards including;
- up to $500 each year in Shopping Rewards
- Cash back on eligible domestic and international flights
- and more.


2 Easy Ways to Earn Points
1 - Get To Know Your Health
Take steps to improve your knowledge about your own health and be rewarded for it. Earn points by doing any of the following:
- Eye check
- Dental check
- Fitness assessment at participating gyms
- Health check with your GP or participating chemists
- Nutrition assessment at participating dieticians
- Vaccinations
The more you do to learn about your health status, the more points that you will earn.
2 - Improve Your Health
Start – or continue – to be active.
You earn activity points by becoming active simply by walking and moving more.
Earn points every time you visit a partner gym offering AIAI Vitality members up to 50% of memberships. Partner gyms include; Anytime Fitness, Fitness First or Virgin Active gym.
You can also earn points by attending an approved fitness event.
There are three metrics that measure your physical activity:
- Steps per day
- Heart rate data
- Calorie data
To earn Physical Activity Points, you must first link an approved fitness device or a compatible fitness app.
You can earn a maximum of 100 points per day.
The number of points you earn is based on this Rewards Guide.
When you complete two or more fitness activities in one day, you will earn the higher number of points between them.
